KMC Mining and Kiewit form K2 Mining

KMC Mining has entered into a joint venture with Kiewit Management Co., known as K2 Mining, to complete a work package issued by Imperial Oil on the Kearl Oil Sands Project. The joint venture partners believe this will be the first of many projects completed on the Kearl site.
